"Important make sure any contractor you hire is duly Licensed as required, by hiring a unlicensed contractor you not only risk poor workmanship it is illegal" Make sure also that the company you are contracting your project with matches the company or contractor owning the license. Sometimes contractors will sale the use of their license this is a very illegal process and can result in future problems.
